We finally have a production friendly solution for those of you who require a PVC free ink. Our solution is a plastisol ink. This means you won’t need special emulsion, it won't dry in the screen, you don’t need special equipment to print it, and you won’t be leaving your apparel in the dryer for excessive amounts of time. Also important, PVC free ink doesn’t have a short shelf life as similar solutions in the past experienced. PVC Free is a non-phthalate ink which can decorate nearly any fabric. The white is opaque, bleed resistant, and easy to print on manual and automatic equipment. The colors have a medium opacity and viscosity, excellent for use on top of a white base or directly onto a light or medium colored fabric.
