The ELT Pigment System is an pigment-to-base mixing system for simulating Pantone® colors. The system includes 17 pigments plus a base of your choice. Our base recommendation is always ELT Base, an extreme low temperature ink for use on virtually any fabric. It is opaque, bleed resistant, and very stretchy.
