Introducing: Highlighter Series

The new Highlighter Series consists of 9 neon colors for decorating cotton, poly/cotton, and tri-blend fabrics.  What makes this ink unique is its ability to print on dark fabric without a white underbase.  Usually a neon color is transparent.  Highlighter Series colors are bright and vibrant when printed, flashed, and printed again through a 110 count screen mesh.  Another feature is its ability to glow under black lights.
